Tu m'élèves
The title is in French,
and when translated into English, it becomes:You Raise Me Up
It carries a deep and powerful message ~You Raise Me Up~
The meaning is : “Your presence gives me strength.”
“Because you are there, I can stand tall once again."
Whether it is a feeling toward a trusted loved one, a deep sense of affection, or a tribute to someone who has passed away, this title allows for a wide range of interpretations.
In my work( Tu m'élèves ), I deeply immersed myself in the emotions contained in the lyrics and expressed the landscape that unfolded in my heart on a two-dimensional plane using my own colors and emotional forms.

Ai Yamagishi
Born in Nagano and raised amidst abundant nature, she graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts and continues to work as an artist while also working in the textile industry. She participates annually in the textile print exhibition at the Kyoto Museum of Culture Annex.
Her artwork draws inspiration from the vitality of plants and natural forms, while also incorporating her own inner landscapes, and she challenges herself to translate these into two-dimensional forms.
Kintetsu Department Store Main Store Abeno Harukas
Standing at 300 meters tall, Abeno Harukas is a prominent Osaka landmark and home to one of Japan’s largest department stores, spanning approximately 100,000 square meters.
Occupying the Tower and Wing buildings from the second basement floor to the 14th floor, the store offers much more than just shopping and dining. Throughout the building, you can enjoy a leisurely experience filled with exciting discoveries and surprises that will truly brighten your day.
