Ayano Mori is conscious of space and creates works that utilize acrylic paints and watercolors layered on very thin fabrics (such as organdy) to create artworks that allow for the enjoyment of the colors and layers that appear on the surface.
"With an open expression that seems never to be completed, or perhaps never to be completed, I want to capture what lies between chance and necessity, as if gently scooping it up."

Artist / Brand

Ayano Mori

Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1990, currently based in Kyoto.Creates paintings using an approach of layering fabric in multiple layers. Collects happenings occurring on the canvas, depicting accumulated time and the uncertainties residing within it.  Expresses freely and unrestrainedly, in a relaxed and unkempt manner. Major exhibitions include solo shows "Nene,Amanarine (HOTEL ANTEROOM KYOTO/2025) “ripple” (UP&COMING/Tokyo/2024), VOCA Exhibition 2015 (The Ueno Royal Museum/2015)Major collections include BRASS Co., Ltd. and Shin-Tokyo Building etc...Recently, I've also been creating murals and wine labels.

Since 1974, we have been trying to find and send artists who can gain the sympathy of people living in the same period.Since 2002, we have participated in art fairs in Korea and Taiwan since 2018, introducing Japanese artists.We are planning to exhibit at an art fair in South Korea this year (2026).
