Since ancient times, it has been said that the best day to begin practicing the art of ikebana is June 6th, when a child turns six, in order to pray for improvement in their skills. In recent years, the Kansai Ikebana Association and the Japan Ikebana Art Association have collaborated to propose June 6th as "Ikebana Day." This time, we will be exhibiting our works in front of the Welcome Galleria on the 2nd floor of Kintetsu Department Store Main Store Abeno Harukas from June 5th (Fri) to 7th (Sun).

The Ikebana Association, comprised of 48 schools of ikebana from Osaka Prefecture, will hold a 60th anniversary ceremony for the Ikebana Osaka Exhibition from October 1st to 6th, 2026, at the Kintetsu Art Hall on the 8th floor of the Wing Building at Kintetsu Department Store Main Store Abeno Harukas.
