This Japanese painting is based on the special natural treasure“Itoshiro no Osugi” in Hakusan National Park, Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture, and expresses awe at metabolism, continuity of life, ecosystems, and the carbon cycle.
The blue sky is painted with “Metal Organic Framework(MOF)”, which absorbs and releases CO2, and the trunk is painted with “metacolTM” which fixes and stores CO2, making the painting itself a CO2 transit point, demonstrating carbon neutrality and environmental contribution.
