An exhibition “Shin Choju-zu” presented by Naonori Yago, art director and graphic designer, will be held at graf porch. Naonori Yago is an up-and-coming creator active in various fields. His works include art direction for Laforet Harajuku and other advertisements, CD jackets for artists such as THE YELLOW MONKEY and Akiko Yano, and book design for the photography collections of Kishin Shinoyama and Mikiya Takimoto, for which he received the JAGDA New Designer Award in 2023. This exhibition will mainly display original drawings of the works he has done so far.

Naonori Yago

Born in Shizuoka in 1986. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Visual Communication Design in 2008, after which he joined Hakuhodo in 2009. Affiliated with SIX since 2014. Major awards include Tokyo ADC, JAGDA New Designer Award, D&AD, NY ADC and ONE SHOW.

The 2nd floor of graf studio, which was used for the design office, was renovated and reborn as “graf porch” that crosses the categories such as residence (accommodation), furniture showroom, art gallery, and kitchen. The space is mainly composed of two spaces, residence space where you can stay with original furniture and a gallery space where anyone can drop in, aiming to be an alternative space where new creation begins. Although it is an extraordinary space surrounded by a spacious kitchen and indirect lighting, we also offer products such as furniture and original products that can be purchased at the shop on the 1st floor, so that you can go back and forth between new experiences and everyday life. We are waiting for you with various devices that you can participate in such living experiments.
