When I walk in the city at night, I have the illusion that I am invisible. Perhaps it is because I feel as if I am buried in the darkness, assimilated into myself. The hustle and bustle of the city is suffocating, but at the same time, somehow, it also gives me a sense of relief, as if I am enveloped by it. People’s voice echoing in the glittering city seems not to reach me, making me comfortable. I draw night city scenes like this.
