“Stellar Works” reissues various chairs, desks, and shelves from the collection of Jens Risom, a leading mid-century modern designer. The Risom Chair 140, with its cane-mesh backrest, was used in the White House, and a photograph of President Lyndon B. Johnson can be seen in the collection. The chair is available in oak or walnut and is upholstered in “Zap” fabric by Camilla, designed by Risom.
