The theme here is “Plants,” an element of nature, and presents products that are a combination of exquisite craftsmanship. Hataman Touen, which has been introducing Japanese aesthetic beauty to the world while conserving traditional culture, presents the “Restaurant MAISON” series. Produced under the supervision of Maison, a restaurant headed by Sota Atsumi, a chef active in Paris, France, this includes figurative works and accessories dyed with flowers and knitted with fine crochet hooks. Perfected through repeated trial and error, the series combines the detailed realism of botanical art and the sense of depth of Nabeshima ware.

Hataman Pottery

Imari Nabeshima Pottery was established in 1926. While inheriting the beauty and techniques of 400 years of Imari Nabeshima ware, such as the transparent white surface that accentuates the glossy painting, and the exquisite composition and depth of expression that makes the most of the blank spaces, the kiln also actively introduces new materials and techniques, aiming to create something never seen before. In recent years, he has also been actively trying his hand at collaboration with different industries.
